Cross-account GEO / LLM-visibility retrofit pilot.

Piloting Directive's approach to generative-engine optimization on an enterprise HR-tech account: retrofitting existing content for LLM answer visibility, tracking via Scrunch AI. Methodology now extending to other accounts. No public results yet: instrumentation is the deliverable, not the lift.

Recovery work: header-structure overhaul on a Global-2000-serving site that's currently low-visibility in organic. Foundational pre-content investment. Results pending, first read in mid-2026.
