Are you open to leaving Directive?

I'm not actively job-hunting. I'm at Directive full-time and growing. That said, interesting is the operative word: for the right in-house role with a real growth thesis, I'd have a conversation.

Do you take fractional or advisory work?

Selectively. The day job comes first, so anything off-hours has to be both small in scope and meaningful in impact. Send the brief and I'll be honest about fit.

What's your sweet spot?

B2B SaaS, mid-market through enterprise. I'm at home in cybersecurity, HR tech, observability, legal tech, and marketing tech. Ideal program has a single variable to move and a CMO or head of marketing willing to not ship something when the data says not yet.

Can recruiters reach out?
